At this year’s conference, we are emphasizing the importance of rest and renewal for parents and caregivers of traumatized children. In keeping with that theme, we have selected the relaxing retreat setting of the peaceful

Franciscan Center just outside Boston. In addition to our educational workshops, we will offer a variety of selfcare

activities. By popular demand, we will also have more free time for rest, relaxation and getting to know each other on an informal basis. Please join us for another wonderful ATN conference experience!

Companion Registrations include three meals a day and attendance at specified social events, plus lodging at The

Franciscan Center on a first-come, first-served basis. See below for more lodging details. Please note that the ATN

Conference does not provide child care.

total exhibitors per organization/vendor may attend at this reduced rate, with paid exhibit table.

 

Retreat Lodging at The Franciscan Center – Free (limited space)

Dorm-style lodging at The Franciscan Center is included in the Full Conference price on a first-come, first-served basis

until the Center is full (approximately 80 beds). Dorm-style lodging means single beds and shared bathrooms. If you

register for the conference after lodging space at The Franciscan Center is full or if you would prefer hotel

accommodations, you will need to make reservations directly with the hotel (see below for hotel information). Lodging

at the Franciscan Center is not available for One-Day attendees.

 

Hotel Lodging at Tewksbury Holiday Inn

For those who prefer the additional amenities of a hotel, rooms are available at the nearby Tewksbury Holiday Inn for a

special ATN Conference Rate of $79 per night plus MA State Tax. To make reservations, please call the hotel directly

at (978) 640-9000. Please identify yourself as being with the Attachment and Trauma Network Conference. To get the

best availability, please call by June 5, 2008. There will be a free shuttle available to transport attendees between the

hotel and The Franciscan Center. Please see the attached sheet for additional hotel information.

 

Refund Policy

Conference fees will be refunded in full, minus a $25 administrative charge for cancellations prior to April 21, 2008.

After April 21st and up until June 15, 2008, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. After June 15th, no refunds on

conference fees can be given.
